The Current cable is fully compatible with those Krell® electronics which incorporate their CAST™ technology.

Our state-of-the-art palladium alloy conductor does not oxidize and improves upon the skin-effect related characteristics of gold, silver, copper, and aluminum by up to 25 fold.

Connectors

BulletPlugThe Bullet Plug, manufactured by Eichmann Technologies, has been modified by Silversmith Audio to include a silver-plated (non signal carrying) barrel for improved RF shielding.

NeutrikXLRAudio connectors are subject to the same laws of physics as the wires that connect them together. So, realizing the sonic pitfalls of thick metal and poor dielectric material anywhere in the signal path, Silversmith Audio has adopted connectors that closely follow our ultra-thin ribbon and air dielectric geometry. These very special RCA and XLR connectors utilize very small and/or thin-wall, hollow pins to conduct the signal and thus, like our cables, cause the least possible degradation to the electromagnetic waveform. The XLR connector is manufactured by Neutrik. and uses silver contacts.
