Lector Digidrive Top Loading CD Transport and separate power supply

It's really difficult to understand the limitation of a CD player!
We hope to have design and built a CD player transport with important improvements :
with our perfect mania to make critical parts such as cabinet (aluminum aerospace type) a special digital output transformer (Olla hi energy flux type) our mods.and tips on C.D.M. mechanism (reinforcements by aluminum plate and mods.on laser pick-up) the solution of real-genuine top loading cd-player without any mechanical stabilizer incorporate in the cover, three types of digital output coaxial as: two SPDF (RCA+BNC) and by AES/EBU (professional XLR).
For reduce interference magnetic of power transformer we have make a separate power supply unit .All this solution make a great and special CD TRANSPORT that we call DIGIDRIVE top loading and it's perfect partner is our DAC TUBE DIGICODE.
Of course you can use the DIGIDRIVE with good results with other DAC so it can improve the DAC performance.
The Lector DIGIDRIVE comes delivery standard with only coaxial output connectors ( SPDF by RCA and BNC hi speed transmitter chip and AES-EBU RS 422 ) is possible also to install optional optical output module:

The Lector Alphatop signature is a top loading cd-player with separate power supply unit.

This Lector top loading cd player incorporates a totally new technology around hi-resolution digital to analog converter with upsampling by a digital signal processor technique (DSP). The circuitry uses a discrete device amplifier for the output stage, this active device has been selected for precision low noise operation and tracking for both stereo channels at better than 0.1 db! Their are no capacitors in the signal path, for the clearest and most detailed sound and the analog output is DC operated. A solid shielded cabinet (aluminum for aeronautic applications) has a thickness of 2.0 mm to reduce interference from the emc field for a better signal to noise ratio
Great attention has been focused on Lectors design of the power supply, this circuitry operates with over four-thousand micro farad capacitors for reduce noise and best reservoir energy, these hi value capacitors work together with special ultra low noise voltage regulator devices as shunt-parallel technology.

LECTORS T R U E TUBE CD-PLAYER

Lector proudly introduces the all new Lector CDP-6 cd-player with tube analog output and original cdm servo with proprietary software control, proprietary DAC chipset and D.S.P. resampling solution. Audio analog output is based on pure direct dac connection as two double triode on class A configuration circuit (ECC-81, 12AT7)

From digital chip set DAC pin to output pin the signal analog domain does not have any transistor or IC on the signal path: only the true genuine premium tube circuit. Only premium grade polypropylene capacitors are used on the signal path.

This feature is really important, so that the fragile analog signal doesn’t suffer the typical solid state integrated circuit sound.

The analog output section uses selected 2 double triodes in pure class A ( 2 tubes ECC-81 or 12AT7) . Tubes are selected for lowest noise tuning and trimmed for precision tracking voltage output.

The accurate digital clock circuit generator stabilizes the frequency at very low jitter to digital the demodulator ic circuit, so the serial three wire signal will drive easily the digital to analog converter chip.

The chip DAC and the 70 watt power toroidal transformers are special custom made components manufactured for Lector.

Lector Integrated Hybrid Amplifier

This integrated hybrid amplifier is the line version of our model VFI 70 mm (mm phono input). The VFI 70L-3V has four line level inputs and one tape output, speakers output is for one system right/left for impedance from 2 to 16 ohms. The VFI 70 is one of the first hybrid amplifier designed in 1982, this clever and realy musical design employ a tube triode in preamplification stages and a hexfet's power transistor in output. The signal path come only into one capacitor selected as MKP polipropilene hi-quality for audio grade selection. This amplifier perform a real impact sound feeling and hi-warm sound with the benefit of tube triode input. Compare the VFI-70L vs.other integrated amplifier no equal sound quality found in the competitors...
